Broker Responsibility is a required 6-hour continuing education course (CE) course. Any license holder may take this course; all broker license holders are required to take the course.
This course covers some important new and revised forms as well as information regarding the regulatory aspects of the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas.
