Historic Preservation is about telling the story of our city\, neig
hborhoods\, and homes. As a community\, we preserve so that we can strengt
hen neighborhoods\, build the local economy\, provide economic\, cultural\
, and environmental sustainability\, create jobs\, and tell the story of S
an Antonio. You will learn about the design review process and resources f
or you to share with your clients. Experts will help to dispel myths of ow
ning historic property. During the course our team will teach you terminol
ogy about architectural styles and district context so that you’ll be prep
ped to market any house!
Af ter completing the course\, you will be prepared to confidently market his toric properties\, and you will become the expert leader for your buyers a nd sellers.

he first course of a series of three courses: Historic Home Specialist. Be
come a designated Historic House Specialist with this certification issued
by the City of San Antonio's Office of Historic Preservation. Over 10\,26
